The most popular option. The trainer comes to you, anywhere in the UK and the whole team learns together in their own environment. Travel is included in your quote, you just provide the room.
Live online classroom
Fully interactive, instructor-led sessions over Microsoft Teams, the same exercises and discussion as a face-to-face day. Ideal for teams spread across several sites, or for smaller groups.
At our training venues
Small-group classroom courses at our venues in Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Leeds, Birmingham, London and other locations. The fee per person includes materials, certificate and refreshments.
Also available: one-to-one coaching days, half-day and bite-sized sessions and weekend delivery subject to trainer availability. Standard course times are 9:30am to 4:30pm, but we’re happy to adjust these to suit you.

Our trainers travel to your premises, so your managers learn in the environment they actually work in, no venue to book, no travel for your team and no time out of the office beyond the day itself.

Frequently asked questions
How much does management training cost?
A typical one-day in-house management or leadership course costs from £695 to £845 plus VAT for up to 8 attendees, depending on the topic. This includes course preparation, tailored content, trainer travel, handouts, reference material and certificates for every attendee. Additional attendees above 8 are £35 plus VAT per person. We also offer public classroom courses (from £325 plus VAT per person) and remote one-to-one sessions (from £495 plus VAT). Contact us for a personalised quote.
Can courses be tailored to our organisation?
Absolutely. Tailoring is what we do best. Every course starts with a conversation about your team’s roles, experience levels and the challenges they face. Our trainer will then adapt the content, exercises and examples to reflect your workplace scenarios. Many clients tell us this is what makes the training so effective. It’s relevant from the very first exercise.
What is the maximum group size?
We recommend a maximum of 14 attendees per course so that every participant receives individual attention and support. Larger groups of up to 20 can be accommodated, but as group size increases, the level of individual attention decreases. For larger teams, we’re happy to arrange multiple sessions.
Do you deliver training remotely?
Yes. We deliver fully interactive management training remotely via Microsoft Teams. Remote courses are instructor-led and include the same level of interaction, exercises and discussion as our on-site courses. This is a popular and cost-effective option, particularly for teams spread across multiple locations.
Where do you deliver training?
We deliver training at your premises anywhere in the UK. Our trainers travel nationwide. We also have training venues in Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Leeds, Birmingham, London and other locations. Remote delivery via Microsoft Teams is available for any course.
Do attendees receive a certificate?
Yes. Every attendee receives a course completion certificate from Keys Training after the session. We can also provide a detailed course outline and reference material for their records.

Our Six-Week Management and Leadership Development Programme is a structured series of six interactive sessions designed for organisations that want more than a one-day course.
