What's the difference between the half-day and full-day EDIE course?
The half-day course covers the core EDIE principles, legal responsibilities and unconscious bias awareness. The full-day course covers the same ground in more depth and adds handling difficult conversations, reporting procedures and embedding EDIE into your organisation's culture.
