FAQs

Occasionally we receive enquiries about using Keys Training as your point of contact for purchasing training, so we are building a list of some of the most frequently asked questions to make working with us even easier.

What is the difference between “Public” and “Closed” courses?

A “Public” course is where the course content is fixed and the course is open to anybody. On a Public course you will find delegates from other companies.

A “Closed” course is one that has been commissioned by an single company. The course content can be tailored to the needs of that company.
As a guide, if you have four or more delegates we would generally recommend opting for a closed course rather than an public one.

Are courses instructor led?

ALL on in-house courses and public courses are instructor led.

Our ‘remote’ training courses which are delivered using Zoom or Microsoft Teams are taught by our expert trainers.

Our online courses have a recorded presenter and animation and graphic mix to deliver these courses which allow them to be stopped, rewound or replayed as often as is required.
