How much does facility management staff training cost?
In-house Microsoft 365 and Copilot courses start from £695 + VAT for up to 8 attendees. Business and management skills courses start from £845 + VAT. Public course places start from £325 + VAT per person.
Can the content be built around our SLA and KPI reporting?
Yes, tailoring is included. Your trainer will discuss the reports and systems your team actually uses so exercises reflect real SLA and KPI data.
How long are the courses?
Most courses run as a full day (9:30am to 4:30pm) or a half-day. Bitesize 90-minute sessions are also available for a single focused topic.
How many staff can attend a course?
Group sizes are flexible, from 1-to-1 coaching for a team leader up to 20 delegates for a classroom-style session.
Do you offer discounts for national FM contracts?
Yes. Book five or more courses on a single purchase order and arrange them across the next 12 months at a discounted rate.
Can you invoice against a client contract PO?
Yes, we regularly work with FM providers’ finance teams and can invoice against a purchase order.
