Course Overview

This one day workshop has been designed to take delegates from pre planning, through setting objectives, strategies, planning resources and budgets, task management, record keeping and right on to post-project evaluation. PRINCE2 terminology is used throughout, although no prior knowledge of PRINCE2 is assumed.
