charity training FAQs

Questions charity managers and trustees ask us

Can training be delivered at our offices or community venue?

Yes. Our trainers regularly deliver courses at charity offices, community hubs and meeting rooms. We’ll check power, space and connectivity needs with you before the day.

Do you train trustees and volunteers as well as staff?

Yes, many of our charity clients book training for trustees, board members and volunteers alongside paid staff. Let us know who’s attending when you enquire.

How much does charity staff training cost?

In-house Microsoft 365 and Copilot courses start from £695 + VAT for up to 8 attendees. Business and management skills courses start from £845 + VAT. Public course places start from £325 + VAT per person. Your quote confirms the exact fee.

Can the content be tailored to our funding, services and reporting needs?

Yes, tailoring is included. Your trainer will discuss real workplace scenarios such as funding bids, impact reports, case notes or trustee papers before the course to build them into the exercises.

What if our staff work part-time or across different days?

We regularly schedule half-day and bitesize sessions around part-time hours, job shares and flexible working patterns common in the charity sector. Tell us your preferred times when you enquire.

How many staff can attend a course?

Group sizes are flexible, from 1-to-1 coaching for a single manager up to 20 delegates for a classroom-style session. We’ll recommend the best size for the topic.

Do you offer discounts for multiple courses or multi-site organisations?

Yes. Book five or more courses on a single purchase order and arrange them across the next 12 months at a discounted rate. This is useful for organisations training staff across several regional offices or branches.

Can you raise invoices against a purchase order?

Yes, we regularly work with charity finance teams and can invoice against a PO. Let us know your process when booking.

Which charities and not-for-profits have you worked with?

We’ve delivered training for registered charities, grant-making foundations, housing associations, community organisations and social enterprises across the UK.

Ready to arrange charity staff training?

Tell us the course, team size and location and we’ll come back with trainer dates and a written quote. No hard sell.
