How Keys Training came to be
Keys Training grew from a simple frustration: too much workplace training was generic, impersonal and forgettable. We believed a course should be built around the people in the room – their real files, their real scenarios, their real questions – and taught live by a trainer who adapts to the pace of the group.
More than 25 years on, that is still exactly how we work. From our home at Croston House on Lancashire Business Park near Preston, our trainers deliver Microsoft 365, business skills and management courses at client premises nationwide, live online via Microsoft Teams, and at our classrooms in Preston, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London.
