manufacturing training FAQs

Questions manufacturing HR and production managers ask us

Can training be scheduled around our shift patterns?

Yes, we regularly schedule half-day and bitesize sessions around early, late and night shifts so cover is maintained on the production line.

Do you deliver training on site at our factory?

Yes, most manufacturing clients choose in-house training in a meeting room or training area on site. We’ll check any site induction or PPE requirements with you beforehand.

Can management training help supervisors newly promoted from the shop floor?

Yes, our Management Skills for Emerging Managers course is specifically aimed at first-time supervisors and team leaders, including those promoted from production roles.

Can multiple shifts attend the same course on different days?
