Deaf Awareness

We offer half or full day instructor-led onsite training on Deaf Awareness.

Our trainers will put your delegates at ease by creating an open and honest environment where people feel comfortable to ask questions.

Together we’ll challenge stereotypes and you’ll gain confidence.

Do you have the following questions?

  • How can I support an employee who has hearing loss?
  • What is the best way to communicate with someone who is deaf or hard of hearing?
  • Do hearing aids restore ‘normal’ hearing?
  • What technology is helpful for people with hearing loss?
  • How do I book an interpreter for a deaf client?

What will we learn?

Our range of deaf awareness training courses are tailored to the needs of each organisation to ensure that they are right for you and meet your needs as an organisation.
