How Do We Deliver This Training?

We Keys Training typically deliver Deskside 1 on 1 training in 2 ways:

  • Reactive – Our team of experts provide roaming, ad-hoc assistance within a department, guiding and advising staff in their own working environment.
  • Proactive – Delegates would complete a ‘Delegate Action Form’ that captures specific topics requiring more attention. We then make arrangements with delegates for ‘fixed’ appointments for these topics to be covered and explained in more detail during the training day.

The day itself can be split into half hour or full hour sessions, and attendees book an appointment to obtain advice or information relating to their specific needs.
