Introduction

This one day intensive Instructor-led course provides practical training on how to plan and schedule projects using Microsoft Project. On completion of the course delegates will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project.
The course aims include -entering tasks, resources and cost information; analysing and adjusting schedules with date, dependency and resource constraints; customising and printing Gantt chart views and reports; recording and reviewing task progress against the baseline.
